India is Expected to Reach 1.7 Billion People by 2050
Europe is taking note of India and can no longer ignore its potential.

India is growing in many ways.
And Europe is taking note.
By 2050, India will reach approximately 1.7 billion people (UN World Population Prospects). While this definitely comes with many challenges, the opportunities are vast with its middle-class expanding.
Here's why India can no longer be ignored:
✅ 3rd largest economy by 2027 (International Monetary Fund) / 2028 (Morgan Stanley)
✅ 6.3% annual GDP growth expected over the next decade
✅ Demographic powerhouse: size + median age of 28.4 years
✅ Technology leadership: deep talent pool and ecosystems
Europe is increasingly recognizing India's potential, particularly in the current geopolitical landscape.
The momentum is building rapidly, with opportunities spanning technology, real estate, infrastructure, sustainability, and consumer markets, and the FTA targeted for end 2025. Corporate Real Estate teams already take note.
