India Is Home to 4 out of the 10 Fastest Developing Cities Globally
Asia overall is the growth hub globally and India is a major part in it

India is rising. And home to 4 out of the 10 fastest developing cities on earth.
Measured by rising wealth, expanding economies and the potential for new development and business expansion, 14 of the 15 growth hubs globally will be located in Asia.
According to Savills' Growth Hub Index 2024 of 230 cities and as shared by Statista, Asia will therefore dominate urban development by 2033.
This growth is driven by:
1️⃣ Sector diversification:
Asian economies leverage their manufacturing prowess while simultaneously advancing in technology, creating robust dual-engine growth that attracts global investment and talent.
2️⃣ Exponential middle-class expansion:
Rising personal wealth across the region is creating stronger consumer markets, with cities like Bengaluru and Delhi experiencing higher purchasing power and lifestyle evolution.
3️⃣ Infrastructure:
Massive investments in connectivity and urban development are the foundation for sustainable growth, while increasing foreign direct investment accelerates modernization.
When managed effectively, these developing urban centers become catalysts for improved healthcare, education, and employment opportunities. Asia's economic shift is undeniable, with India emerging. Your company is either following along or eventually playing catch up later. And so will be their real estate portfolio.
