Siemens Healthineers' Innovation Campus in Bengaluru under Construction
The German medical company's largest campus globally is well on its way.

It’ll be the company’s largest campus globally.
And a key hub for global innovation.
Construction for Siemens Healthineers ’ new global innovation center in Bengaluru, India is well on its way. The site will not only be the company’s largest globally (over 5,000 employees), but key for its innovation pipeline. A path many other European companies follow in order to unlock India’s potential and strong talent.
Designed by Erasmus Eller and his team at Eller + Eller Architekten in collaboration with Arup and Rainer Schmidt landscape architects, the campus embodies three key principles of modern campuses:
1️⃣ Community impact
An open, mixed-use structure seamlessly blends public spaces, shops, and cafés with workplace environments, creating a dynamic urban ecosystem.
2️⃣ People-centricity
Thoughtfully designed walkways and courtyards foster both intentional and spontaneous collaboration, cultivating a vibrant team culture.
3️⃣ Sustainability & Technology
Aligned with Siemens Healthineers' carbon-neutral 2030 goal, the campus maximizes natural ventilation, renewable energy, and biodiversity through innovative design solutions.
The team’s vision of an environment to drive innovation is in my view well achieved here. Its futuristic and high quality design provides an attractive environment which is not only crucial in securing the right talent in this competitive market, but in staying true to the company values at the same time.
Something not every organisation follows through with.
